W-S board is a 100% waterproof lightweight and ready to tile wall board. It is made with a high-density extruded polystyrene core reinforced with a 20mil steam shower rated membrane engineered for strength and durability. In addition, this panel contains a unique functional improvement with a 2-3″ overlap membrane on two of its sides allowing a fast joint sealing process, achieving a single overlap between each of the panels and avoiding the banding process. Installation time is reduced, eliminating the extra step of sealing the fastener penetration with the band by applying the Guru W-S Sealant instead.
